Your new Embroidery Hoop by Hoop It All Downunder is a product of fine engineering and has been produced at a factory with the highest quality control, and accordingly is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect arising from normal household use by reason of faulty materials and workmanship in the following manner.

Subject to availability of the parts, any such defect, which is to be judged by Hoop It All Downunder or its appointed person, will be remedied either by repair of replacement for 2 years from the date of purchase.

In all cases the transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Should you have a warranty claim, please contact your nearest dealer of Hoop It All Downunder or contact Hoop It All Downunder, direct.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse due to negligence or lack of reasonable care by the purchaser nor replacement of the parts normally required from time to time such as stabilizers and screws. It does not cover the use for the purpose of, or in the course of, a professional business, trade or occupation. Warranty ceases if parts other than non genuine Hoop It All Downunder parts are fitted.

This warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase provided the customer registration form is fully completed and returned to Hoop It All.

No responsibility shall be held by Hoop It All Downunder for any other guarantee or agreement that may be entered into than those contained herein. This warranty will not affect the statutory rights of the purchaser.
